Quantative Vegetation Ecology (Ph.D)

The aim of a course is to provide students with advanced quantitative methods and tools specifically tailored to the study of vegetation ecology. Students will gain proficiency in statistical techniques for analyzing vegetation data, including species abundance data, vegetation community composition, and environmental gradients. This may involve techniques such as ordination methods (e.g., PCA, NMDS), cluster analsysis ,diversity indices, and regression modeling.
