Experimental design in agricultural science (BSc)

The aim of the course is to provide students with an understanding of the fundamental principles of experimental design, including randomization, replication, blocking, and factorial arrangements, as applied to agricultural research settings. Additionally, the course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to select appropriate statistical techniques for analyzing agricultural experimental data, including analysis of variance (ANOVA). Students will also develop the ability to interpret experimental results critically, considering factors such as statistical significance, practical significance
